Rajasthan NEET Counselling 2019 Procedure & Important Dates

Rajasthan NEET 2019 Seat Allotment has been released. The admission into the government, private and deemed universities is offered on the basis of NEET score. The counseling procedure is managed by the Medical Education, Government of Rajasthan. The counseling is conducted for the seats remaining from the 15% AIQ counseling in the state. The candidates those are eligible can get admission in the MBBS and BDS courses.

The counseling for 85% quota seats in Rajasthan will be offered through NEET national level entrance examination. Candidates have to fill the Rajasthan counseling form to participate in the NEET state quota counseling.

The seats will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of marks secured by them in the written test. The authority will publish the merit list for the candidates those are eligible for the counseling. The registration can be done through online mode. The registration fee will be Rs. 2000/- (Rs. 1200/- for SC/ST) which is non-refundable.

Selection & Admission Procedure

  • The selection of the candidates will be followed by online counseling.
  • Candidates have to register on the counseling website to participate in the counseling.
  • On the basis of choice filled by the candidate, their obtained rank and availability of seats in the participating colleges, the seats will be allotted to the candidates.
  • After the seat allotment procedure, candidates can report to the assigned college for getting admission.
  • The original documents have to be carried at the time of admission to the allotted college.
  • Candidates should report the allotted college within prescribed time period.

Reservation Criteria

The reservation criteria are set by the government of Rajasthan. Candidates those will claim for the reserve category benefit have to produce the relevant document issued by the competent authority.

  • Schedule Caste: 16%
  • Schedule Tribe: 12%
  • OBC-NCL: 21%
  • Son/Daughter of Defence Personnel: 1%
  • Physically Disabled: 5%

Document Required

Candidates have to submit the original documents along with the two set of photocopy of the documents at the time of reporting or joining the allotted college.
